Identity verification is now a legal requirement for directors and persons with significant control of UK companies under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023. As a Companies House-registered Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), FMY can complete the verification on your behalf, with the same audit trail and discretion you'd expect from your accountants.
